"Home" is not always a literal place. Sometimes "home" represents inner peace and simply learning to keep space for yourself. "I had this loose concept that No Place Like Home is an America-influenced album," Campbell Burns says of the album's sound inspirations. "I wanted to incorporate more pianos, acoustic guitars, Nashville tuning, and country-inspired lapsteel, but then also bring in drum machines and synths and find a mix between the two." Produced by Campbell and John Velasquez (Zella Day, Broods), No Place Like Home consists of 10 shimmering tracks full of indie pop hooks and just a touch of bittersweet sensitivity.
