James Brown - Hell (45 Rpm) (2LP Black Vinyl)

Originally released in 1974, 'Hell' is among James Brown’s most daring and multifaceted albums — a sprawling double LP that blends scorching funk, defiant political commentary, and heartfelt balladry. With its Bosch-inspired cover and cinematic scope, the album weaves together explosive grooves like "Coldblooded" and "My Thang" with soulful reinterpretations of "Stormy Monday" and "Please, Please, Please." Brown’s unmatched band — including Maceo Parker, Fred Wesley, Jimmy Nolen, and Lyn Collins — navigate this eclectic material with ferocious precision. Reissued now on 180g vinyl in gatefold format, this is one of the Godfather’s most audacious artistic statements.
